Second full day of observation

And still nothing to report.  No additional pauses have been recorded, and her heart rate has stayed in the 40's.  I did see Dr. Shetty this morning on her rounds and later the scheduling nurse.  The surgery has been moved up to this Thursday, 9/5/13, probably around noon.  The collective doctors have decided there is nothing to be gained by waiting until next Monday.

Muriel and Daddy had a fairly uneventful day full of naps, food, and squeaky shoe trips around the floor.  Mommy got to see Madeline and Mirabelle and arranged things with her work.  Muriel was very happy to see her this evening and got to spend some time before passing out not too much past her normal bedtime.

We didn't see Dr. Van Burgen today, but have been told he may want to make an assessment before her surgery as a baseline.  He will be her new Cardiologist and will be tracking her behaviorally as well as physically in the coming months.  Perhaps this will happen tomorrow.

Not much to say tonight - very tired.  More tomorrow.
